Replies usually take a day or two. Three kinds of mail get read first:

  • Corrections. A step that no longer matches the app, a number that changed, a claim you can show is wrong. Include the page URL and, if you can, a screenshot of what you saw. Confirmed fixes are recorded in the corrections log.
  • Unclear instructions. If you followed a guide and got lost at a specific point, that point is a bug in the writing. Saying where you got lost is genuinely useful.
  • Topic requests. Within the site’s scope (stocks, ETFs and metals inside a crypto exchange account), requests shape what gets written next.

What this inbox cannot do

Nobody here can see or touch your Binance account. Locked accounts, stuck withdrawals, verification loops: those need Binance’s own support channels, and no third-party site, this one included, can intervene. Be suspicious of anyone claiming otherwise; “support agents” who contact you first are a standard scam pattern. We also do not answer “should I buy X” mail, for the reasons on the disclaimer page: nobody who cannot see your finances should answer that, and nobody who can would do it by email.
