Site
The page nobody reads, written as if somebody might.
Nothing on Stoxeon is investment advice, financial advice, tax advice or legal advice. The guides describe how products work; they do not recommend that you, personally, buy anything. No page here knows your income, your obligations, your country’s rules or your tolerance for watching a number fall 40% without selling. Decisions built on such knowledge cannot be outsourced to a website, this one included. If you need advice, pay a licensed professional who is accountable to you.
Stocks and ETFs fall as readily as they rise. Broad indexes have historically dropped by half in bad markets and taken years to recover; single stocks can go to zero and stay there. Gold’s price swings are milder than crypto’s but real: it has had decade-long stretches of losing value in real terms. Tokenized versions of these assets inherit every point of that market risk and add layers of their own. No asset described on this site is safe in the sense a bank deposit is safe, and any page that reads otherwise is a mistake you should report.
Products discussed here live inside a crypto exchange. That adds risks a traditional brokerage account does not have in the same form: the platform’s own solvency and custody arrangements, changes to product terms, regulatory action that narrows availability by country, smart-contract and blockchain risks on tokenized products, and the operational risk of any system that moves money at internet speed. Statutory investor-protection schemes that cover conventional brokerage accounts may not apply, in part or at all, to holdings on such platforms. Details and mitigations are discussed in the risk guide, but no mitigation reduces any of this to zero.
Fees, limits, eligibility lists and product features change at the platform’s discretion. Pages state when they were last checked, and the live screens of the platform always override anything written here. If a guide and your screen disagree, trust the screen and, ideally, tell us so the page gets fixed and the fix gets logged.
Products described here are not available to US persons and are restricted in various countries. Local rules on holding foreign securities, on crypto assets, and on taxation vary enormously and change. Nothing here is an inducement to circumvent any restriction that applies to you, and using tools like VPNs to misrepresent your location breaches platform terms and can end with frozen funds.
